Founded in 2010 by Eric Y. Francais, e-outbox evolved from 20+ years of experience in the publishing, corporate ID, collateral, website design and digital marketing fields.
After 10 years of creative direction in publishing, corporate marketing and web design, Eric worked independently for two years, prior to take the Creative Director and Marketing Manager position in the email acquisition division of infoUSA (today’s infoGroup), one of largest direct marketing firms in the U.S. for the following 6 years.
This valuable exposure to the online marketing techniques and strategies, combined with in-depth creative and software experience, has allowed e-outbox to offer website design and integrated digital marketing strategy, specifically targeted towards independent businesses and non-profit organizations.
Along with personalized customer service, e-outbox’s aim has been to implement a visual creative approach combined with user-oriented functionality, while providing a one-on-one relationship with customization unavailable from online vendors.
